My service guy was great...so no complaints on him, but the business model is ridiculous. The charge a 90 fee to come out...BUT unlike every legit business they do not apply that fee to services if you get work done...I ended up paying 300 dollars to have a breaker reset and some light cleaning of grinder pump...stick with Lantz...at least more transparent and do not take advantage of you so much.
I talked to Jason on the phone. He actually answered my call!!! Nobody answers these days, Jason did!!! He explained and gave me more info than I asked for and that info helped me even more about what I needed to do and who to call... He will always be "That Guy" I will call for questions and he will be the first to get any of my plumbing jobs, big or small... Thank You Jason!!! Much Appreciated
