I had a pole barn built by Joseph Parke this last year. I would never use him again or suggest him to anyone else. My project took 3 times longer than he said it would, somehow he failed to quote the main utilities…. When asked for the backup for his invoices he threatened to walk off the job while screaming at me on the phone.
