I tried calling dispatch/customer service, but that extension just disconnected the call. I then called the front desk and asked a simple question. The woman who answered said she would check with “someone who could actually help me with this.” She later came back and said they were too busy to help, even though I had not provided any date or details about when I would need the service. When I pointed that out, she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
