My husband and I pick up boxes regularly. They were great especially during COVID - as they held our packages until we could get back down across the border. That made us loyal customers. The staff has changed - but they still provide a nice clean facility, efficient staff and reasonable hours. A nice easy process to get your packages, and the fees have been the same for years. I can not express how great this company is. They go above and beyond in helping their customers. We have been having packages delivered here for many years and appreciate all the service and friendliness they have given us.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. Something has changed. The staff doesn’t feel as friendly anymore, and the new rules are strange and hard to understand. I’ve seen this happen in many businesses before, when new people come in and start changing everything. Long-term customers end up feeling unwelcome instead of valued. The warehouse feels abandoned now, very different from how it used to be.
