never go to this place! they do not take care of their vehicles, they do not do regular maintenance on the vehicles. they owe us \$175 from damage that was done to our rv we rented through them and they refuse to pay us.horrible customer service- scary how bad their vehicles are kept up- very dangerous conditions!!! never rent from them- they are crooks!

Good prices and RV was nice and clean. Had a missunderstanding over the deposit being credited back (nothing big) and was treated very rude. I was asked questions and when I attempted to answer I was constantly interupted and then told to "shut-up!" and was hung up on. All of this done while the customer service woman from the credit card company was on the line with us. After he hung up on me I made a comment about how rude he was and she agreed with me. Awful is putting it nicely! We were treated horribly by this company! They did not give us the unit we reserved, come to find out when we arrived that they do not even have diesel engine Class C RVs to rent, so there ploy is to reel you in with great pricing on a RV that gets great gas mileage and then switch you to something else upon arrival. The employees talk very rudely to the customers, its a poorly run business. We had a hard time getting them to return our \$1000 damage deposit and it was NOT fully returned even thou... read more
