I talked to Arla on the phone and explained the situation . I run a driving school and I got a big bullseye and 3 driving tests on Wednesday . So I drove from fort st john and did it all over the phone and left the windshield out side for me to pickup. Great customer service and she even text to made sure I had it and wished me a safe drive back to John . Great customer service . Thanks again Arla Steven from northernlightsdrivingschool..
Used to be quality, now they just want to bring in China windshields, give you major attitude if you request North American made.
