Jesse and his team are the only ones I trust to service the geothermal heat pump in our home. The machine we got is (regrettably) high maintenance and finicky, but Jesse spent the time to get to know the machine, gather the data he needed from all the error messages, and actually solve the problem after months of failed attempts by other companies. We finally have reliable heat thanks to Can-Am air! I wouldn't use anyone else.
They sent a tech who did know not the difference between ERV and Heat Pump. You can imagine the value we got out of that, of course the issue is still not fixed. Another company that shrugs their shoulders at anything beyond changing a filter. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking for a tech who can investigate or fix something you can't fix yourself.
I thought these guys were different but unfortunately it’s the same incompetence you’ll find at the rest of the Vancouver HVAC specialists. The technician they sent didn’t know what an ERV was or that it doesn’t have a condensate pipe or pump, couldn’t diagnose a simple issue and was constantly complaining that they have another job to get to that’s urgent after being on-site for 30min. Overpriced and disappointing, look elsewhere.
