As I'm taking the Lander Road exit to get on 340 in Jefferson, MD, I am coming down the ramp and I see a dump truck come....I speed up to merge because he/she is a little ways behind me. As I come to the end of the ramp to merge he/she is still in the right lane and doesn't get over and runs me off the road. This was a Camz Corp Dump truck #051.
