Really great service and came round quickly when our boiler stopped working. Engineer was fab and managed to give us a temporary fix while a new part was ordered. Would definitely recommend and use again!
Our boiler broke down at 9pm, last night, no heat in radiators. Contacted the 24hr emergency line. A friendly, efficient engineer arrived at 8am. Got the heating going and said he would need to order a replacement part. He returned at 4pm fitted the replacement valve and everything is now working perfectly again. We have always had great service from Camwater.
Awful- rude, unreliable and unhelpful. 6 weeks of no show and then eventually admitted they couldnt do the job. Wasting our time and making it impossible to find someone now, with it coming up to Christmas.
Great response from initial enquiry. Plumber was friendly and advised what he needed to do during the job
Good local firm, have never let us down or messed around..
