I was devastated when I found my camera drenched in a pool of spiced oil when I was moving. The screen was not turning on, and I thought the camera was SOL. I found Camtex offers inspection service, so thought I’d give a try before todsing this camera out, and Allen gave such a professional service that everything’s working in a proper order now. Highly recommend his service
My A7C was having some weird problems with manual mode. Tried googling the problem and just couldnt figure out why I some buttons decided to stop working. I was recommended Camtex by a friend and Alan there was such great help. He was quick and was very responsive to any inquiries. Camera is fixed and finally working! Really appreciate the professional job!
Would not recommend this shop for repairs! I brought my Polaroid camera here as there was an exposure issue. I was told I had to pay $45 to diagnose the issue and then was charged $61 “because of taxes”. I was informed I would be contacted in 2-3 days whether they could fix it or not. I had to call them 11 days later as they never contacted me. I was told a technician was going to look at my camera (only then?) and it would cost between $45-$65. Awesome work!! Repaired my bfs lens like it was brand new!! Great staff super friendly!!! Any and all camera work will be done with them!! 100%
Awesome service! I had taken my camera somewhere else, they said it was fixed, but not so. At the recommendation of a colleague, I brought it to Camtex, and I now have my favourite camera back in perfect working order! So pleased, will use them again!
