Always a pleasure to visit this store, amazing staff who are knowledgeable about everything they have in store I grabbed a couple of 2nd hand lens which I was allowed to try out on the street before making the purchase

I recently bought a film camera online. Not only did they follow up very quickly with a personalized message (warmly written by human, not systematic message) to confirm the order, but they also proactively helped me work out a technical detail regarding the lens and updated the order accordingly. It was shipped the next day and delivered the following day. The warm message and the speed of action were just amazing. That is truly top notch costumer care!
