Excellent Customer Service! They have clear timeline for the Leica which no other camera store does in Ontario. I will definitely visit the store when I am in Montreal:) Huge thanks to service representatives:):)
Very helpful staff. I made an online purchase and they followed up with me via email within the hour, to provide tracking information etc. The communication eased my mind as I was purchasing a used lens which can sometimes be a bit of a gamble.
I had no idea what a Leica was.. might be shocking to some, but thanks to Francis, I got to know how amazing of a legacy Leica is! I came to look and try out some cameras and met another customer who had a Leica and got curious. Francis took his time to explain their history and he thought me plenty about cameras in general! Great service, thank you Francis!!
I bought an expensive camera body here and the service person was very patient with my questions and humming and hawing. Parking is a bit tricky given its location in the old port.
