I wish I never brought my vehicle here. He swore and promised he could install an amp and sub in my tesla. Had to get it sent to tesla to get serviced due to his mistake, He then promised to fix it, I bring it back to get fixed and he gets it sent to the tesla shop AGAIN! Tesla then completely remove everything due to damages he caused. And he cant even offer an apology on his end let alone some form of reimbursement because "it affects the warranty" off of his mistakes. Dropped my 26 Kia Sportage off today to get an amp install and he had it done in half the time he told me! I don't know about this other 1 star review, but he was super nice and flawless on the install! I would definitely recommend!
Update: In Dec, I went back to Brian to have a radar detector installed. He did a great job again. So, two successful installs completed on my Audi SQ8. Happy customer! About 2 months ago, I had a Front/Rear Dashcam installed by the owner of this company.
