It was a pleasure working with Marc. He really knows my Aunt& Uncle's Old House. Marc is very informative, ask alot of questions, gave me some options & I value his opinion because of the work he did in the master bedroom & bathroom in the past. He's very detailed oriented, polite, & cleans up after finishing the job. When I had questions about Billing or setting up an appt, the Front office called me right back & was easy to work with. Came to do a couple small things for my house had to have them come back for an issue that was not resolved the first time. And the quality of work by the crew was extremely unprofessional. Did not do the things I asked and then sat in my parking lot for an hour presumably trying to charge me for an extra hour.
One of their drivers cut me off and proceeded to stay in the road for around 2 to 3 minutes, blocking my way the whole time, yelling and screaming at me
