Horrible Salesman: Victor Villapando – Not to mention that Victor was over two hours late to my home consultation. While; remodeling one of my homes in Los Angeles County, I decided to call Cam's Shutter's but it was a mistake. Victor had called me twice stating that he was going to be 45 minutes late, twice in a row. He finally arrived rushed with a very arrogant sales demeanor.
