What’s the deal with this? Maybe instead of dictating tips (20% is laughable with takeout btw) you should spend more time not screwing up our order or having it ready at the time I say I’ll be there to pick it up. Won’t be back.
Pizza arrive lukewarm, and parts of my order were misssing. Called, and the person on the other end had, frankly, “no (expletives) to give.”
When it’s good, it’s great but lately I’ve received burnt pizza, missing toppings, and missing sides. If you’re going to charge premium prices you should at least be able to accurately fulfill orders.
For the 2nd week in a row Cam’s Camillus has failed to deliver our pizza. Last week, I placed the order around 2p for 5p delivery because we needed to be somewhere at 6p. The driver showed up with the wrong pizza. He had given ours to the wrong house. Honest mistake. Then the manager told us he couldn’t deliver a new pizza to us. RecommendedOrdered online last night and delivery was amazingly fast - food was hot and fabulous! The pizza was perfect! Delivery staff is always polite, pleasant and mask wearing! Love Cam’s
