It's a nice spot to stay while in Camrose. Lovely, helpful, friendly & efficient staff, very comfortable beds, clean rooms and there are laundry facilities you can use to wash your clothes 24hrs. Lots of room for parking if you're driving a large vehicle.

First of the thermostat was a peice of garbage and did not function properly, and what kind of hotel doesn’t have a hair dryer like are we serious also the entire pool is under renovation and has been for a while now. The hotel itself was terrible but the service I would have to say was very pleasant.

I normally don’t write reviews but, in this case, I thought I should. My wife, sister in-law and I stayed at the Camrose Casino Hotel in the Family Suite on September 30th. When it came time to go to bed, my wife opened her bed and there was some kind of fly we have never seen before. We killed it and thought okay. Later that evening I was awakened by a sting to my cheek by the same kind of fly. Took it down to the front desk to show them and was told they would let the Manager know.
