Have a 2024 ram 2500, was travelling and had a check engine light pop up. Called my local dealer and they said to take it to the closest Dodge Dealer to make sure it was good to get me home. Went to Camrose Chrysler and the lady at the counter told me they were too busy and couldn’t help me. Hopefully the truck gets me where I need to go. Don’t stop by here if you actually looking to get help.
Darcy was excellent to deal with and the staff at Camrose Chrysler were friendly and accommodating. Well worth driving up from Calgary.
I just recently purchased a 2024 ram 1500 limited and the overall process was great. Darcy and DJ were great to work with. First I hate dealerships where you go through a salesman then a sales manager, finance manager, and the general manager and one promises you one thing and they don't communicate with each other so it's awesome just to work with two people from start to finish that are in constant communication.
