I had warranty work completed here a while back. I kept going in because of a smell and noise from the engine. I called a few separate times to ask about a smell coming in when the car ran with heat after the work was compeleted. Was told could be due to the type of work done, I said okay and waited it out. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was having issues with my Jeep which had a manufacture recall for the problem I was having and they said it wasn’t covered and quoted me $6,000 for parts and labour. I went to the to a different dealership and 100% covered under warranty. Place just wants to rob people blind!
One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever had the privilege of visiting ever. If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. The service department is an absolute joke, not even a good joke, the bad ones that makes everyone uncomfortable. Not only did they not do the Manufacture warranty Recall that was listed on the vehicle, but that said recall put me in danger.
