Melissa is truly one of the kindest providers I’ve ever met. She’s patient, compassionate, and makes you feel genuinely heard. She always goes above and beyond to ensure you’re well cared for after every visit. I’m so grateful for her, and it’s clear that the love of God shines through her in everything she does.
Things were good until they decided to start using my personal medical visits to "train" new nurses. First of all, they use a heavy dose of "peer pressure" to make sure that you consent. Then I found that more than half of my visit, she was 100% focused on "training" this new nurse, instead of helping me, when I was extremely sick!! Listen, I am paying for 100% of the visit, and I expect 100% of your attention.... not 40% with the rest focused on some "side business" of training new nurses.
