Worst experience ever – take your money elsewhere! We purchased a quartz countertop and sink from Affinity in February and an install date was given the day of purchase. One day before the install date we were informed that instead of one seam, they would have to do two seams in the countertop. The day of the install we were called again (by Kyle) to let us know the sink was cracked during shipping, but they would still be bringing the countertop and the sink would be delayed one day. I can not say enough good things about Camristone International!! From Amy, Kyle, Rick and John I received nothing but pure professionalism in making sure my purchase was everything I wanted, From day one I was told I could come in and pick out my slab and given an install date right away. I am very livid with the lack of professionalism that was displayed to me by an employee by the name of Amy. I was not informed that my cooktop had to be in my home before the countertops could be installed. This made me have to wait an additional week before I could have my kitchen back, because my appliances are to be delivered on Feb 11, but Camristone can't come out until Feb. 17.
