Update: Elevator has been broken for about 5 months. Stairwells still filthy. HUGE SECURITY RISK!!!! Garage door has been open for about 3 months, so anyone can enter the apartment complex as they please. VERY NERVOUS to live here and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up!!!! Green Street Reality Property is good for staying. Especially, leasing agent Sarah was very helpful with the leasing process.
Charlene is an exemplary employee. I just had the best experience with Green Street Realty. I had an issue where my package got delivered to my old address. I asked her for a favor to return it for me - I know it's a headache sorry! Charlene didn't hesitate. She went above and beyond her role and was timely with communication and super friendly walking me through it. If all Green Street employees are like this then there is simply no competition. 5 stars for Charlene!
UPDATE 3: I have just signed a renewal. There were a few big ticket items that were taken care of since my last review. I'd like to highlight the efforts of Sarah Springer for effectively communicating with tenants and Jason for keeping things in great shape and being a friendly face around the neighborhood. UPDATE 2: So important this belongs at the top. As our AC kept failing, Green Street called over a Caliber technician who found a leak in the evap coil. I’ve lived here for three years, and I can confidently say that Jason at 209 E. University Avenue is the best out of the best!!! He always greets residents with a smile and a kind word, holds the door for us, and brings a welcoming, positive attitude every day. On top of that, he is extremely professional and skilled in his maintenance work.
