Our time living with Green Street Realty has been wonderful so far! We have lived in our current unit for 2 years, and have just re-signed once again with the help of our leasing agent, Sarah. One of the worst managed apartments ever. We didn't have access to a washing machine for many months despite many requests. Our microwave fan broke. Wifi is absolutely horrid, but at the same time they wont let us touch the walls that have the ethernet infrastructure so we kinda just have to deal with it. The physical place is nice, but that's about it
