Best gym in the Plano area. Everything is always clean and the equipment is in perfect shape. There are classes every Monday-Friday for people to join and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Cannot recommend this gym enough, everyone and everything here is top tier compared to other gyms in the area. I wish I had known about this gym sooner!

Tyree and his team are a killer powerhouse (literally!) 😅 I worked out at the gym for 2 years and discontinued only because I moved cities 😞 The cadence, variety and pace with which we worked out (and saw resultsss!!) has been life-changing.
