Wonderful experience working with Kevin today. He assessed my bike's needs for tune up, spent a great deal of time with me, answered all of my questions, and was really fun to talk to as well. Excellent shop, very respectful and personable help, great prices.
Good shop! I dropped my bike here for tune-up and had it back in just a few days. The staff were very proactive in giving me an accurate quote of the price. It was steep for a graduate student's budget, but I do think it was very reasonable and certainly no more expensive than other shops. My bike rode like it was new! Gone was the fear of being rendered a pancake because of my faulty breaks and chain. I am very grateful; I'll be going back.
