I lived at campus view apartments whilst working at Ipswich Hospital as a doctor in 2025, and I had the best experience. Not only was it convenient to get to work (a 5 minute walk) but also convenient to local gyms, supermarkets and restaurants. It's secure and quiet as well as including lots of amenities for a very budget friendly rent price. I also made a number of friends which we still stay in touch. I had a really lovely time staying here. It was a great place to live and an especially great place to stay for my first year of uni, and being away from home for the first time. The accommodation was comfortable and well-managed, and it genuinely felt like a welcoming environment. Jenny was always kind, approachable, and supportive, and she really helped build a sense of community among the tenants. I’m very grateful for my time here and would happily recommend it to others.

Campus View Apartments is an amazing place to stay, especially if you are a student or academic. The rooms come equipped with air conditioning, which is a great comfort. I had a very good experience living here. The community at the premises is kind and respectful, making it a welcoming environment. I would like to thank Jenny, the property manager, for being very helpful throughout my stay. She is a kind soul who genuinely cares about the residents. Overall, I highly recommend Campus View Apartments.

Fantastic accommodation! I spent 2 year at Campus View Apartments. Never had any issues. Very safe, secure and comfortable place to stay. Also Jenny is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent price for location. Bonus is also the rooms have aircon which is a welcomed luxury especially in the Ipswich summer. I definitely recommend this place if you are a uni student or a health care worker. Easy 5 stars I highly recommend this place. :)
