It's okay. You can sure survive in these apartments for a year or so. But you're not going to have ANY counter space or insulation or windows that don't leak (and I mean LEAK) all down the painted concrete blocks onto the cheap linoleum every time it rains. There will be a horrible vent fan that looks like a torture device in your tiny itty bitty bathroom, fights at 1am in the parking lot, and cop cars parking by the constantly-overflowing dumpsters (which I admit have some great furniture set right next to them sometimes). ... read more
Very Disappointing Living Experience Unfortunately, my experience living here has been extremely disappointing. The entrances frequently have unpleasant odors, the walls are very thin, and noise travels throughout the building. The footsteps and movement from the apartment above are so loud that it often feels as though the person upstairs is living inside my apartment. There are also ongoing cleanliness issues. Scam!!! Trying to make us pay for flooring when they never informed us about it and even tried to fix it while we lived there.
It is now day 6 without any hot water. For two of the days including today there has been no water at all. When I have had any water at all it is only very low water pressure. So low that I have been unable to use the shower at all It; takes over an hour to fill up a bathtub with cold water. Management is in no hurry to fix the problem. This morning the morning of the 6th day this puddle was in the basement of the building.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Mold in the walls, no range between hot or cold water - just scalding hot. So many rundown things in not only the apartment, but the entire building with absolutely NO effort to help despite asking multiple times. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Literally got sick from all of the mold.
