My son had a bad experience here; the car was involved in a hit and run in the complex and they claim to have working security cameras and do not, so just SOL. Rude.
Musty smell, run down. Sad place smells like cauliflower.
Campus View is an excellent place to live. The Cornerstone Property management (Mr. Liam Scherl) and staff are always helpful, and the maintenance team is outstanding. Everything is well organized through their online portal—submit a request and repairs are completed quickly. For example, our air‑conditioner was fixed almost immediately after we reported the issue. Very peaceful and highly maintained apartments. I never faced even a single issue during my very long stay at campus view.
As of this month they force you to pay 40$ a month for their terrible, slow, facility wide WiFi even if you buy your own connection. So if you would like to do anything better than send emails and stream with a lot of interruptions, you get to pay for yourself and for everyone else in the building. Again, this is not optional and they will not remove the charge.
