Scam!!! Trying to make us pay for flooring when they never informed us about it and even tried to fix it while we lived there.
It is now day 6 without any hot water. For two of the days including today there has been no water at all. When I have had any water at all it is only very low water pressure. So low that I have been unable to use the shower at all It; takes over an hour to fill up a bathtub with cold water. Management is in no hurry to fix the problem. This morning the morning of the 6th day this puddle was in the basement of the building.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Mold in the walls, no range between hot or cold water - just scalding hot. So many rundown things in not only the apartment, but the entire building with absolutely NO effort to help despite asking multiple times. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Literally got sick from all of the mold.
I have mold and they refuse to send me my documents on it because I’m not resigning my lease. My windows are broken and they haven’t fixed them and it’s been two months. They told me in response to me asking to fix my windows that leak when it storms that “unfortunately all the windows do that and we need to change them,” yet still haven’t. I have visible water damage in my ceilings.
