In 2020 I opened up an account for a loan for an RV.. Pymnts made in advance. August 9th 2021 I called for a payoff . I asked the representative if we can wire money from another bank to pay it off and was informed No,,they do not do wire transfers.???? Representative misinformed. . I called back cause I knew better. Spoke to another representative who confirmed yes ,,We do wire transfers .I got all the information for the transfer payoff ,and let him know that I would be sending the wire within four hours.
