I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had by far. The first person I went to supposedly did all the paperwork wrong so I am unable to register the car. I went over his head to management and she illegally backdated new paperwork for myself and my husband to sign. She promised to Fed Ex me paperwork and call me the next day when this was taken care of. Just love this credit union! They helped me with a car loan when I first got the car back in 2017. Today they are helping my daughter in the branch located at Grand Transverse Plaza. Both Christine and Ced were personable and professional on a crazy business Friday afternoon.
