Wanda was the best!! She was so nice and thorough and handled our complicated transaction with ease. Great Customer Service!
Another stellar example of true customer service from Ms. Wanda Sanchez (Brownwood branch). She added beneficiaries to several accounts AND approved a loan in very short order. All questions were answered - and double-checked for accuracy. Ms. Sanchez could teach the next batch of bankers 'how it should be done'. What a great experience!
I would like to say that the Campus USA Credit Union located at 2945 Traverse Trail, The Villages , Florida 32163 is a great place to deal with. Today I applied and received my second personal loan since 2017. The application, service and overall process was as good as I have ever dealt with. Having had 3 mortgages, several Home Equity Lines, car loans, etc. to name a few in my past, Campus USA was the best experience in the process that I have had.
