I am reviewing only NW 34th street branch in Gainesville Fl. I have been a customer of Campus USA Credit Union for over 10 years, and my experience has been extremely negative in last 2 years. There have been multiple situations where I received incorrect or incomplete information, and staff were not transparent when I asked questions. I went today to deposit a check and get money out of the check. I wish the guy would have told me what he was doing. Instead everything was all mixed up to me I called and she Kelly went over it said this was right. I would’ve liked if the guy kept me informed while he took so long he could’ve let me know then I would’ve come in and done my business. I can only rate Kelly your teller needs more experience.
This campus at hunters crossing is so amazing . The young ladies and young men . Have always gone above and beyond too always assist me in my banking .Iv done business with them for many years . Thank you campus . I very much appreciate everyone !!! 🙏😊
Got a car loan thru CampUSA 2 months ago- the absolute worse on line service. Just trying to make a payment is a hassle! Going to get credit at Suncoast - seamless and they do NOT charge to make a payment on phone either..
Sadly today I closed my account after almost 30 years with Campus. After moving out of state I made the decision to join a local credit union and transfer everything here. In all my years with them I never had a serious issue with them. I lost count of the calls, texts and emails to verify charges that didn't look right. They caught every attempt to get into my account and saved my butt.
