Sadly today I closed my account after almost 30 years with Campus. After moving out of state I made the decision to join a local credit union and transfer everything here. In all my years with them I never had a serious issue with them. I lost count of the calls, texts and emails to verify charges that didn't look right. They caught every attempt to get into my account and saved my butt. It was good
Terrible customer service. Terrible website and payment options. Their own payment system messed up my payment, without giving me any notice that it was sent back, and now they have reported me to the credit bureaus and refuse to fix anything or even listen.
I had trouble going online. Went to Gainesville office Emily fix the problem was very professional and polite we thank so much. Very nice bank.
