Natasha Weiler was so good with us
DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They mistakenly did not take my payment that was supposed to be on auto draft for a loan and reported it 30 days past due, now my credit score dropped 25 points. I bank with multiple financial institutions and this has not happened with any other bank. Their payment portal is the most glitchy, unprofessional system I’ve ever used to make online payments.
