Campus Towing came to my rescue via AAA after I lost ability to accelerate. The guys (sorry I can’t remember names) arrived in timely manner, efficiently brought car to Toyota dealer where my car was turned over to the next crew. Thanks so much for your good help! Total experience took only 3 hrs!
I highly recommend Campus Towing! Robert came to my home today after our vehicle would not start. He was so friendly and very knowledgable. He made me feel at ease and he was so kind and personable. He got to our home quickly and was able to easily get our vehicle out of our garage and onto the truck bed. Great customer service representative called within minutes after contacting AAA. Their auto technician arrived 10 minutes later, reviewed the problem, installed a new battery and checked the electrical system. He even checked my tire pressure! Service with a smile and a sense of humor that helped lower the anxiety. Can’t thank them enough.
Very kind and knowledgeable. When my car died a few months ago, AAA sent Harold from Campus and he was so helpful and quick! I know nothing about cars so he was able to not only start it again and some extra tests, but when I asked if he could explain what he was doing so I could learn he was very nice and taught me a lot. Thank you!
