I came and did a tour of the complex. The complex was very nice and clean, The Property Manager Katrina Bailey was very welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to move in.
Awful- just terrible. I loved this complex until Don Deberry and Katrina Bailey came and destroyed it. The grass beside Best Western is flea infested, I wake up every day to find numerous cockroaches in my kitchen, and they illegally cancelled my lease (but are claiming they didn't despite the literal "Cancelled Lease" number on my ResidentPortal profile). I was late on paying my rent and the property manager Katrina Bailey was vary understanding and very helpful I have been living at campus pointe for two years this is my third and she has been the most helpful and kind property manager I have ever dealt with really cares about the wellness of her residents I definitely would recommend staying at campus pointe you won’t regret it
Only putting 5 stars because Lashay is actually a queen. Love love love my girl down, only reason I'm staying. DON'T EVER SPEAK TO THE REGIONAL. HES RUDE, CONDESCENDING, NOT FOR THE RESIDENTS. The new manager is better than Kimberly by far but kind of the same as the big boss (heartless.) The apartment is cool, spacious and decent amenities, pet friendly. Could be a really great place if they knew how to actually care about the residents.
A few hiccups along the way of moving in when it came to hardware, but the team was happy to assist me. Lashay is absolutely lovely and assists us with everything we need. This property is a great price, constantly making upgrades and has yet to let me down. :)
