가격은 매우 저렴하나 사실상 유틸리티, 와이파이, 룸메이트, 식비 등을 고려하면 기숙사가 나을수도. 집주인 ★매우★ 불친절. 이틀 늦게 들어왔음에도 집은 전체적으로 전혀 페인트칠 등 사후케어가 되어있지 않았음. 시도때도없는 아파트 showing, 정중히 오후 5시 이후에는 하지 말아달라고 부탁했으나 두줄짜리 문장으로 퇴짜. +) 취객들이 가끔 택배물을 손상/도둑질할 수 있음. (입주한지 한달만에 나가고 싶지만 1년짜리 계약이라 그럴 수 없다는게 한이다... 1년만 버티면 탈출한다...)

-Posting from a burner account for sake of privacy- In-unit washer and dryer, as well as the living cost, are unfortunately the only pros I can think of when living here. When filing requests, the landlord will tell the maintenance guy to come fix, which can take up to 2 months with repeated reminders.I've lived here for 2+ years and my requests would have to be requested again and again, and often times my emails would be overlooked. The apartment itself is nice and homey. The rooms are small, but it's affordable and has all necessary amenities. I like how it has a washer and dryer in-unit. :) Also it's a good location that is close to campus. the only small complaint would be the bugs that hover outside our apartment door (but not a big deal). the maintenance and staff are always on top of work requests and are respectful of the living space.
