This place is the WORSE. the gates never worked and I lived there for two years. During turn over they make you live out of your room for nearly a month because of the new residents moving in. They say it’s to clean but all they do is minimal cleaning in the kitchen. Not enough to the point where you have to take everything out of the kitchen and store it in your room. The apartment is so filthy, it smells like pee inside and the stairwell area and is so extremely dirty, would not reccommend! 12/6/2021 I have left multiple messages and emailed its has been weeks and still have not heard back!!!

Wifi is brutal. Can't even use it to submit assignments sometimes, let alone stream anything. Gates haven't been shut in at least two years. Management communication is terrible. They changed systems and didn't tell anybody how to pay rent, pay the utility bill, or make a service request for a month. Hopefully under the new management it'll be better but I'm doubtful. Cheaper than a lot of other places but it's easy to see why.
