The most disgusting and ridiculous experience I've ever had when trying to book an appointment to get my much needed prescription. I rang yesterday and was told i would be registered by the next day and i would need to book an appointment to let the doctor tell me if i can have my repeat prescription. I rang today on the appointment line and was on hold for nearly 3 hours!!! I did not want to wait any more so i hung up and rang the reception.
