Always mismanaged and always going through "new management." Accused me of not paying 4 months of rent although I had receipts signed by their employees proving I did. Manager said those could not be accepted. Carpet is moldy, lawn premises is disgusting and nothing ever gets fixed. Cops are constantly called because of partying or out of control Wyotech students. Cheap but not worth all the hassle.
Probably the most poorly managed place in town. I submitted a request for them to fix one of my appliances when I moved in. I submitted 11 more during the two years I lived there. They dodged me constantly and blamed others for never fixing anything. The internet was out constantly, sometimes for weeks at a time. To remedy this they would credit your account about $10 for not having internet for over a week!!!
