I just called the -9009 phone number and spoke to an obviously privileged white woman. She told me of the offices in Hamilton and Princeton. When I asked her for the office in Trenton, she giggles and says "oh, the Trenton office?" with this nastiness in her voice. She then ignores my question and asks for my birthdate. I ask for the Trenton office again, she ignores me again and asks for my birthdate. Her question was irrelevant and I just got a bad sense or vibe of the type of people they are at Campus Eye Group. This is the Worst Eye Doctor's Office Ever!!! DON'T book them if you are a lager family! Karen who clams to be the office manger has no respect for large families. I have a family of 6 and she told me that i would have make 6 trips to her office to complete my office visit's and receive glass. Like what type of mess is that its 2020. A lot of family are at least 4 people. Meaning you will have to take 4 trips just to get 4 pair's of glasses. Worse customer service, especially with the Hispanic girl who always has an attitude. Called there penalty of times to see if my glass were there.. No answer. I went in person, the girl slightly checked after other patients sign in, then told me to sign in.. waited for 20mins.. she said im going down the list of people who signed in.. all i wanted to know if they're there or not.. and no one seems like they want to help out.. I never had a problem with other eye places. And Hamilton doesn't help either!
