As someone who unfortunately stayed here for nearly 3 years, I’ll say it plainly: DO NOT LIVE HERE. When we first moved in, the AC didn’t work (mid-August) and the place was filthy—dog hair in the carpet they refused to replace, dirty painted-over walls, just years of “lipstick on a pig.” A few months later during exams, a leak forced them to jackhammer through our floors, flooding my room into the laundry room. In the beginning, everything was perfect. Me and my two roommates moved into our new 2 bedroom apartment at Seahawk Retreat, anxious and excited for this new chapter of our lives. DO NOT LIVE HERE. This was by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The place was infested with roaches no matter how clean I kept it, and there was a constant musty, moldy smell that never went away. The appliances were outdated and barely worked, the paint job looked like it was rushed in under an hour, and the cabinets were scratched and falling apart when I moved in.
