I wrote a review about campus edge’s lack of care toward any maintenance issue we’ve had, and im back to write another. If you can help it do not live here! There is a huge crack in my bathroom ceiling that leaks water all over my bathroom when it rains, which in San Antonio, is often. My roommate made a maintenance request for this issue back in APRIL. Campus edge has been wonderful for my son during his 4 years at UTSA. Elijah specifically met all my sons wants and needs and had outstanding service throughout half of my sons college experience. Id give it a 6 stars if I could!

At the beginning of the year I had issues with my key working for my door to lock and unlock it. I had to go up to the office around 10 times before they finally figured out what was wrong and fixed my key. I also have been having issues with my hot water. The water in my bathroom isn't hot and doesn't turn hot no matter how long I leave the water on or what time of day I chose to take a shower.
