I would not recommend Campus Edge UTSA to anyone. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the living conditions have been unacceptable. The bedroom has been flooding every time it rains, and after three weeks, the issue still has not been properly repaired. Instead of fixing the root cause, the problem continues, leaving the room with ongoing water damage. The bathroom ceiling constantly develops mold. I wrote a review about campus edge’s lack of care toward any maintenance issue we’ve had, and im back to write another. If you can help it do not live here! There is a huge crack in my bathroom ceiling that leaks water all over my bathroom when it rains, which in San Antonio, is often. My roommate made a maintenance request for this issue back in APRIL. Campus edge has been wonderful for my son during his 4 years at UTSA. Elijah specifically met all my sons wants and needs and had outstanding service throughout half of my sons college experience. Id give it a 6 stars if I could!
