Campus Edge on UTSA Blvd has been a nightmare from day one. When we first arrived at the apartment on move-in day, my daughter’s roommate informed us that the water heater was not working. My daughter went seven days without hot water before it was finally repaired. Unfortunately, that same evening, a pipe connected to the water heater burst, causing water to flood the apartment. Took a week to get maintenance to fix a broken air conditioner when outdoor temperatures were more than 100° and the temperature inside the apartment was 90° and above. Then took another week and a half to get a response from management regarding the delay. Their response said they were doing the best they could.

I've had to change units because of water damage. First, in my bathroom, water came through the walls and ceiling and flooded the floors twice. All they did was dry it up and then forget about it after they said they would come and fix the damage on the walls and ceiling. That led to reoccurring mold that they would clean and clean rather than trying to find the source. Terrible ! Don’t stay here ! Management doesn’t care about anything and will deflect important issues. There was a bug infestation that they said that they managed it but they did not. Apartment is extremely dirty, parts of the floor are breaking off, and overall unacceptable condition. Management treated me terribly and staying here caused me significant health issues and stress due to the problems at this place.

Best place to live, great and fast maintenance, some cleaning has to be done, but not too much. Has all the facilities your college kid needs for the year. Will come here again. Great apartment, great staff, worth every penny.
