If I could give negative stars I could. If there's one word that I can use to describe this place, it would be "betrayal." Whenever I first moved in back in 2022, It was great! Great management, maintenance, and events, but not too long after the latter half of 2023, there was a clear shift of management. Events slowly stopped happening, employees were more sparse and clearly not trained enough, and the place was becoming filthy. This apartment went completely down hill from new management they kept charging late fees even though everything gets paid would call them multiple times to fix it and they never did until I went down to office and litterly had to watch them take the late fees off also no one is in the office over half the time .... I moved out and they charged me over $200 just for electricity between May and July even though I was paying electricity every month and while I was still living there they told me they charged me extra so I woul... read more
