If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst place to live in Hattiesburg, MS. I'm being so serious, if you can find a nice refrigerator box to live in it would have better heat and air and less roaches. Terrible. They don't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving them. Management is the worst I have ever seen, Maria (the manager) ignored me for an hour and a half one time. Our whole building is infested with roaches. We have silverfish, gnats, and flies. All of our appliances have been broken and it has taken a month for them to fix them. The air conditioner breaks once a month (it's 80 degrees, but they don't care). I would highly recommend not living here, it's not worth the trouble, money, and it's definitely not worth living... read more

The worst place you can ever deal with. I had to threaten legal and Better Business Bureau action to even attempt to get back a measly deposit tendered to them LAST SEPTEMBER. Being patient, since I was told that little bit of cash, which is probably 2 months of a tenant there, would take 3 months AT LEAST (ARE YOU FREGGING KIDDING ME) to process from home office (IS IT IN MALAYSIA???), i didn't make any inquiries till the end of December.
