Weed odor constantly seeped through the walls from neighboring units into my apartment. I complained tirelessly to management, but nothing concrete was done to address the issue. If you're looking for a smoke-free apartment, you'd be better staying away from this complex.
Very decent living for the price. Affordable, clean units, no major issues. Property manager responds promptly and addresses issues accordingly.

You get what you pay for and it wasn't worth it. Management didn't really do much. The unit I lived in was FILTHY the day I moved in. Don't live here!
Don’t waste your college experience here. You can do so much better. Last resort only. You get what you pay for.
