I had a good experience in person with the clinic during my consultation and the front desk was polite but when I called yesterday to follow up, the front desk experience over the phone was extremely disappointing. I called on Jan 29 around 2:30–3:00 PM to ask if my X-ray could be faxed to another clinic (since you had no openings until March and I was in severe pain - I also asked them in person if its fine if they could fax documents because they dont have openings), the receptionist was very rude. honestly i’ve been here a couple times and I have had the good experiences with all the dental assistants there in there they are the nicest and understanding people. however i will not be back, the receptionist and Dr. Ihor are just completely rude and don’t know how to talk to people and I think it’s very unfortunate because the dental assistants are so good at their job and are very nice people so it’s unfortunate that both the doctor and receptionist are just honestly rude. especially the receptionist EDIT: to reply; my ... read more
It’s always a pleasure coming back to the Regina Campus Dental Office! The staff here are absolutely wonderful—professional, friendly, and genuinely care about your comfort and experience. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care with a warm, welcoming team.
I have been seeing this Dr. Ihor for a very long time, and he is hands down the best dentist there is. Very gentle, caring and explains every step to reduce your anxiety! His staff is also awesome. Will never change my dentist!
