Throw the whole office away they suck. You better of sleeping at a homeless shelter.
Prospective Tenants BEWARE: If zero stars were an option that'd be my honest choice. The only thing they're good at doing is hounding tenants for rent; very prompt when that's the case. (Joshua Price!) Anything else you need, you'll be pure out of luck. All throughout my final semester at NCCU, I was forced to leave out of my bedroom window and pray no one would see me and go in after I left (just so I could make the shuttle on time, and be present to class) because nothing was done about the faulty lock on our front door.
