Campus cribs is well organized and keeps their word. I find the process very straightforward and assuring.
Always ignore calls about a leak in the roof had no hot water for the first 6 month of my tenancy also sent them 100s of emails and rang them a dozen times nothing back till I went into there office myself, happy to take money off you also put the rent up a dozen times don’t waste your time or money they do not care for your wellbeing, also landlord turned up with one of his mates absolutely stinking off weed and smelt my flat with it to the point I had open all my windows and sat in the cold
Barley responds to issues and the lack of a response time is insulting, they would rather ignore and try to save money any way the can. Recently a issues came up with people not properly throwing out trash and they decided to bill everyone for the new people now following rules, maybe install a cheep camera… seems more they take advantag of people and or students not knowing their rights as a tenant just to save money
