I would not deal with these people if I didn't have to. I have an auto loan through them when I called to make my third payment the gentleman on the phone assured me that my payment would be processed on time. Fast forward two weeks and I get a notification in the mail saying I missed my payment for the previous month. Apparently my payment was never processed. I called today to make this and last months payment and they couldn't give me a payment confirmation number. The best they could do was send me a receipt in the mail.... read more

Debit card expired in January.. been told for 4 months one would be mailed out.. still no debit card. But if you miss a car loan payment they freeze your checking account without telling you till your loan is paid! Very poor customer service. Nobody knows anything and your always told "someone will call you back" but never a call back. Don't put your money here!

Just exceptional banking practice! I became a member in 2002 to take advantage of the product they offer.. from Home mortgage to Car loan to No monthly fee checking and savings accounts. I have reffered them to lots of my friends and all of them are happy too. I'm happy to tell anyone that I am a long time Member. Ask for Terri or Gib when you go up there.

Campus credit union has been giving me the runaround. I talked to Gib and he refuses to do anything he says he will. My car was stolen 3 months ago, insurance paid it off 2 months ago. Gap Insurance via “Campus Credit Union” is suppose to pay the rest off but car payments are still being taken out. Two weeks ago I talked to snobby Gib and he said were waiting on paperwork. Gib Hall likes to work with Marco Abraham of Wichita auto plaza to sell salvage title cars to unsuspecting young buyers! Don't let your young adult loose at this credit union! No the title was not clean on the vehicle from Wichita auto plaza.
