This is possibly the most mismanaged operation I've heard of. I say possibly because I can imagine there are other businesses with even worse owners, but when it comes to a college town employer (JMU, VA Tech), this is one to stay very far away from. When you see 5-star reviews, it's solely based on the actual employees. Absentee owner Scott Davidson revels in fact that his employees are young college students, with little, if any, work experience, or understanding of what a normal, healthy work environment should look like.... read more
