If you want your clothes to be destroyed, you are welcome to use their services! I dropped my silk button up shirt and wool jacket to be dry cleaned ( they were almost spotless, I mostly wanted to refresh them) . After a weeks of excuses that my clothes aren’t ready, or stuff are too busy, or they soaked my cloth, today they finally admitted that they spoiled my cloth( silk shirt they even didn’t show me, even thou I asked for it) .
