I will no longer recommend renting books from here. I rented this textbook. Was told that there was too much water damage for it to be rented out again so I had to pay for it. The old woman rudely told me it was because of the amount of pages that suffered severe water damage. The “severe” water damage is on bottom right corner and it was from being carried in a backpack to class during a rainy day. I have never in my life been treated like that from a business. I’ve shopped here numerous times. Always a great experience. But today was the best one yet. The sales clerk was Samantha Clark. She was so kind and helpful. We were a party of 5 and we were all laughing and having a great time shopping. She joined in with us. She was a pure joy. If you shop here ask for her.
