My car had a dead battery. I called AAA and within seconds after hanging up, Tabitha from Campus Automotive was ringing my cell. She told me that a driver would be over to jump start my car in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I got a call from Franky that he would be there in 5 minutes. That was the fastest service I have EVER received. Super impressed! My Lexus is back on the road. Happy Hokie Mom
First let’s start by saying this company is top notch!! Although we had a few hiccups along the way, they sold us what turned out to be a great vehicle. We came to Campus Automotive looking to buy a New To Us Car. We got one, and after they replaced engine, cat converters, shocks, and rotors and pads it seems to be running good.
