My husband and I came in for an safety inspection or emissions test to get our registration and was quoted 1200+ for parts and labor for more than what was needed to pass what is required for registration like the ball point joints, replacing the windshield wipers when they work, nothing that really had to do with inspection, and some other things. Came in for an inspection at 10am, when I got there I was told it would probably take around an hour. I didn’t get a call back so around Noon I went to check on it and they hadn’t even started it but said it should only be 30 minutes, and hour later at 1pm I have my car Nice people but they’re very awful with time, if it’s gonna take 3 hours it’s gonna take 3 hours theres not much I can do about people ahead of me in line, so just say that up front cmon
I love this place, Chris always goes above and beyond to help me out. I bring my personal vehicles and my fleet here for repairs and have always been treated well. Thanks Chris and Campus.
