Wonderful staff and prices are great !!!
We brought our vehicle there for an alignment. They told us that we needed to pay around $600-1000 because something else was broken and the alignment couldn't be performed. (can't remember the exact total because it has been over a year since this happened - we regret not writing this sooner) We said we will just come get it. Well, then they said that it isn't driveable because they were working on it and it was so rusty that a bolt snapped, so we really didn't have a choice. Pretty good service, up front and friendly
They were kind to my son and worked on the vehicle promptly, but I don’t believe this is a place one should go with a major issue. My son is a student at SEMO and visited campus auto and tire with the check engine light. While they followed the diagnostic and replaced engine coils and spark plugs, it was a costly repair ($1205) that should’ve also involved a discussion of the possibility it could be the next step in the diagnostic, which was a head gasket failure before the repair was done.
